CONDITIONS OF STAY
STAY:
- Check-in 15.00-18.00
- Check-out 11.00
Different check-in/check out times could be agreed personally.
NO TRANSFER SERVICE, we recommend to come by car
RATES INCLUDE:
- Bed linen and towels
- Electricity, water, gas
- Kitchenware, tableware, cookware
- Taxes
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
- The keys are delivered at the booked apartment.
- You are responsible for informing us of possible delays 3 days prior the arrival date.
PAYMENT:
- 50% payable by bank transfer when booking is confirmed
- Balance at delivery of the apartment.
- If we do not receive the notice of payment within a week of booking, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
CANCELLATION:
- In case of cancellation notified prior to two weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the amount deposited will be reimbursed, otherwise reimbursements will be made ONLY if the flat is re-let, and ONLY for the days let.
